Product Description
A mobile page needs to do more than fit inside a narrow preview. People must be able to read the offer, open the menu, reach an action and keep using the page when they rotate the phone or start typing. Divi 5 on Mobile is a 36-page illustrated guide to Divi 5 mobile design that follows that complete journey. You work through a small fictional service page with a header, hero, three service cards, a process section and a contact practice field.
The project stays deliberately manageable, giving you space to understand the responsive decisions and check their effect on real content.
Build a clearer small-screen experience
- Plan the reading sequence before arranging the desktop composition.
- Understand px, rem and em, then use clamp to create bounded fluid values.
- Apply a reusable sizing scale to type and spacing where fluid growth is useful.
- Inspect breakpoints and inherited responsive settings before changing them.
- Turn a multi-column section into a readable stack with a sensible source order.
- Protect useful image content and let headings wrap naturally.
- Test menus, touch targets, keyboard focus and the space needed while typing.
- Find horizontal overflow and check short or landscape viewports.
The lessons begin with native Divi controls, then show a complete standalone HTML/CSS version of the project. Long-content tests and an overflow lab make common failures visible. A final mobile audit brings layout, interaction, image loading and saved-page checks together, so you can record what you changed and what evidence shows it worked.
What is included
Your download contains the 36-page illustrated PDF and an offline practice pack with a fluid-sizing roadmap, the complete mobile page and its source files, a content stress test, a broken-and-corrected overflow exercise and a printable mobile worksheet. An optional self-contained Code Module example lets you inspect the teaching project on a private Divi test page. Documentation links are included for further reference.
Who it is for
The guide is intended for people who already know the basics of Divi and want a more deliberate approach to responsive pages. You need WordPress and Divi 5 for the native exercises; their licences and hosting are not included. The standalone examples open in a browser without Divi. The files are HTML/CSS learning examples, not importable Divi layouts.
The contact field is for typing and focus practice and does not send enquiries. Test changes on a duplicate or staging page and check actual devices. The guide supports careful accessibility testing without claiming to certify a site's accessibility.
