We designed and produced a professional 12-page A4 magazine for ETV (Estancias Turísticas Vacacionales), an organization in Mallorca dedicated to supporting, regulating, and promoting high-quality holiday villas and fincas approved for tourist accommodation. The publication was created to inform property owners, tourism professionals, and visitors about industry standards, best practices, and the importance of maintaining excellence within Mallorca’s vacation rental sector.

The magazine featured a clean and professional editorial design that combined informative content, engaging photography, and structured layouts to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and services. Special attention was given to creating a publication that reflected the quality, trust, and professionalism associated with ETV-certified properties.

The project involved complete editorial layout design, typography styling, image composition, advertising integration, and print-ready production.
